- information about your use of this website (gathered from web server logs) such as your computer's operating system, browser type, browser language, date and time of your web page requests, etc.
Personal Information Use
ireachhigh.com may use your personal information to:
- administer this website,
- personalize the website for you,
- collect payments from you,
- send you statements and invoices,
- provide your membership information to the Ridge Rider Athletic Club,
- send you dues reminders when your RRAC membership is about to expire.
Information Sharing
ireachhigh.com will only share personal information with other companies or individuals if we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (d) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of ireachhigh.com, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.
We will not share your personal information with third parties for other reasons. In particular, we never sell or trade customer information for marketing purposes.
Payment Transaction Information
All payment transactions are processed entirely by PayPal, on PayPal's web servers. ireachhigh.com does not handle or store any credit card information except billing/shipping address, which is sent back from PayPal. We use this PayPal feature so we can allow you to skip the step of entering your address when you provide your RRAC membership information. Note: This feature is currently in development and not yet available.
Information Security
ireachhigh.com will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.
ireachhigh.com processes personal information on servers provided by our web hosting service: Tiger Technologies.
Updating This Policy
ireachhigh.com may update this privacy policy by posting a new version on this website. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are familiar with any changes.
